Overview
Rent an electric-assist Daytona DE01 at Kirari (紀楽里) — Kinokawa City's tourism exchange hub in Kishigawa, home to the famous Wakayama Electric Railway Kishigawa Line. Two e-bikes are available through the bLink app; register in advance for a smooth rental. One account can rent up to five bikes at once. If you need personal assistance, call bLink customer service (Takahashi, 090-8460-0209 — English OK). When registering, allow Bluetooth (Nearby devices) and Location permissions. Operated by the Kinokawa Area Tourist Cycling Promotion Council (Wakayama Prefecture). App-based rental is currently available only at Mikasakan and Kirari; other council rental counters are planned to join the app system from fall 2026.

Tips
- Electric assist is the better choice for longer Kinokawa valley loops and any gentle climbs away from the river
- Register the bLink app and enable Bluetooth and Location permissions before you arrive

- Return your bike at Kirari; app rental is not yet available at other council counters until fall 2026
