Renting is simple — install and register the bLink app on your phone in advance, and your bike will unlock automatically when you arrive. A single account can rent up to five bikes, making it perfect for groups and families. If you need a hand, our customer service team is just a phone call away.

- Up to 4 hours — ¥1,000
- Over 4 hours, until 17:30 — ¥1,500
Multi-day rentals are also available at ¥1,500 per day. Please let our staff know at the counter when you'd like to rent for more than one day.
Access
Umimachi Terrace sits right next to Oarai Station. From central Tokyo, take the JR Joban Line limited express "Hitachi" or "Tokiwa" to Mito Station (about 1 hour 20 minutes), then transfer to the Kashima Rinkai Tetsudō Oarai-Kashima Line bound for Oarai Station (about 15 minutes). By car, exit the Kita-Kantō Expressway at Mito-Oarai IC and you'll reach the station in roughly 15 minutes, with parking available nearby. Once at Oarai Station, the rental counter is only steps away.
