Wakasa Takahama Bike Share places bikes at hotels and campsites along Fukui's Japan Sea coast — unlock through the bLink app, even if you are not a guest. Two bikes sit in front of Your Resort Kousen (ユアリゾート光泉), a friendly couple-run ryokan facing Ebisu Park Beach. Register the app in advance for a smooth rental. One account can rent up to five bikes at once. If you need personal assistance, call bLink customer service (Takahashi, 090-8460-0209 — English OK). When registering, allow Bluetooth (Nearby devices) and Location permissions. Operated by the Wakasa Takahama Tourist Bureau.

Access
Your Resort Kousen (光泉旅館), Ebisu Park Beach area, Takahama, Fukui. A quieter stretch of coast west of central Wakasa Wada Beach — about 25 minutes on foot from JR Wakasa-Takahama Station.
